FamilyFEST Leaders

Dear Family Fest Leaders,

I want to invite you to an important leadership team meeting preparing for Family Fest in our area. The meeting will be at 6:30 p.m. at Antigua Bay Hotel in the Wisconsin Dells. This hotel is located next to Burger King in the Dells.

At this meeting we will be going over the schedule for the week, details for the ministry assignments and locations, and introducing our coordinators to everyone. I want to really encourage you to come with your calendars and any questions you may have as this meeting will be the last major meeting we have before July 18. Please also bring details that will help inform our leadership.

More than 85 people are registered from around the country and more than 20 people are registered from PIne Valley and River of Life. There has been a great deal of work go into the planning the last few weeks so please be at this meeting to get updated on what will be taking place.

Please pray for final Family Fest planning

As we are now getting to the last days of planning before Family Fest, I want to pass on some ways you can pray. I would also like to thank Sherry and Truitt Eason who have been putting a great deal of time and effort into the planning of Family Fest on an every day basis. They are serving as summer missionaries for us in the Central Baptist Association with us this summer.

Here are some practical ways you can pray for Family Fest:

1. Pray for Kristy Carr who serves as the National Women's Missionary Union Ministry Consultant. Please pray for wisdom and discernment for Kristy as she matches volunteers with ministry requests.

2. Pray for the 86 volunteers registered nationwide and the 20 volunteers registered locally as they make preparation for their specific ministries.

3. Pray for the local leaders as they begin final planning.
