Results from Prayer & Brainstorming in the Dells
We spent the 1st hour dedicated to prayer & reading of Scriptures. We also enjoyed times of silence to listen and be still. I feel that the Lord spoke to us.
The 2nd hour was dedicated to brain storming ideas & dreams for ministry in the Dells, specifically this summer with "Family Fest" coming up. We had some great ideas shared... and possibly might see some very clear direction forming soon from this. We will plan a follow up meeting to narrow down the list and work on details for what we will and can do this summer.
Caryn & Alisha took notes during the brain storming and will compile their lists together and post them on this blog, and they will also send them by e-mail to the prayer team. That being said, we are forming a group e-mail list to make it easier to communicate with everyone. Reminder & Car Pool Info for Prayer & Brain Storming
A reminder that we are meeting at 6 PM at Great Wolf Lodge in "Cub Room # 2".
We are meeting with the expectation of prayer & brainstorming... asking God how He might have us active in His work of reaching this area with the gospel. Please eat dinner before you arrive and have your children arranged for with babysitting. I look forward to this time with you, and I pray that God speak to us in a mighty way as we depend on Him.

Praying Before We Pray
“The secret things belong to the Lord our God, but the things that are revealed belong to us and to our children forever, that we may do all the words of this law."
I was praying for God to reveal to us His plan for reaching Wisconsin Dells with the gospel and to be effective in our ministry efforts and events. May we hear from God, and may we share His vision with our people. God bless & I hope to see you Wednesday night.

Prayer and Brainstorming
We are preparing for a special time to prepare for what God might be doing to reach people in Wisconsin Dells. We are having a prayer and brainstorming time in the Dells on Wednesday evening December 3rd.
Proverbs 25:2 says:
"It is the glory of God to conceal things, but the glory of kings is to search things out."
Therefore, our single goal for this gathering time is that we might hear from the Lord about what He might be already doing in the Dells, and how we can join Him in His work in reaching the lost for His Kingdom & for His glory. Please let me know if you are able to attend.
A couple of things before this time of prayer & ideas...
- This is a closed event by invitation only. This is my personal invitation to you, and not to be advertised or distributed.
- The exact location is to be determined, however we will be meeting in the Dells for sure.
- Please be prompt, and ready to pray. We first want to hear from God before we hear from one another. Bring your Bibles and a notebook.
- Childcare is not provided, and we would prefer children to not attend this event. Therefore, please have this arranged for yourself.
- We are simply trying to hear from the Lord & then piggy back our ideas to see if the Lord speaks to us.
- "In brainstorming, there are no bad ideas" - therefore "shooting down ideas" will not be allowed. We can build off of good ideas though.
